“Our first order with R&S Northeast took place on October 16, 2016. The salesperson offered delivery within 2 business days for both refrigerated and non-refrigerated meds and pricing was commensurate with Title 10 and STD 318 discounts. We conducted a 6-month trial to assure orders were fulfilled accurately, deliveries were made within the 2 business day timeframe (adequate stock was held by R&S), emergency orders could be shipped for next-day delivery, and that invoices were emailed in a timely fashion as .pdf attachments to our Accounts Payable department. Customer service was also a strong factor in our decision to further solidify our partnership with R&S Northeast and quotes for new items that include the R&S item number, NDC, unit of measure and cost arrive within 24 hours. When items go on allocation, we are quickly notified, and we also receive notifications when manufacturing pricing has changed. All evaluation criteria passed with flying colors; we then increased our dollar, order-placement by 50%. Backup support is always available when our inside sales rep is out-of-office and we noted that order confirmations were still sent within 24 hours. I would recommend R&S Northeast for any clinic, hospital or private practice operations.”
